What To Do If the Remote Stops RespondingUpdated a month ago

Try these steps in order:

1. Re-pair the remote

1. Hold down the knob on the back of the clock for 5 seconds
 → Screen shows Resetting Bluetooth…

2. When it shows Scanning for remote…
 → Press any button on the remote
 → The blue light at the top of the remote will blink

3. Screen will show:
 “Pairing with remote…” → “KlydoRemote connected.”

2. Charge the remote

  • Use the included USB-C cable

  • Charge for at least 1 hour

3. Restart your clock

Unplug the clock → wait 10 seconds → plug back in.

  • Device ID

  • Serial Number

  • Short video of the issue




4. During Initial Setup

Restart the clock.

Unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
 The setup process will restart automatically, including remote pairing.
