Klydos Not Downloading / Collection Download IssuesUpdated a month ago
If new Klydos or Collections are not downloading, check the following:
1. Check Wi-Fi
☰Menu → Settings → Wi-Fi
You will see one of the following:
“No internet connection” if offline
“Connected to: [Network Name]” if online
Your clock must be connected to Wi-Fi to receive new Klydos and Collections.
2. Check Filters
☰Menu → Settings → Content
If 13+ Filter or PSF Filter is ON:
Some Klydos will not appear
A Collection containing restricted Klydos will not download at all
Turn filters OFF, install the Collection, then turn them back on if you want.
Only Collections that are labeled as photosensitive are blocked by the PSF filter.
All other Collections install normally
3. Make sure software is up to date
☰ Menu → Settings → System → Check for Update
Install updates if available.
4. Reconnect to Wi-Fi and wait
After your clock reconnects to Wi-Fi, new Klydos may take a few minutes to download and appear.
