Finding Your Device ID & Serial NumberUpdated a month ago

Your Device ID and Serial Number help support teams identify your clock.

Option A: Physical label

Sticker on the back of the clock.

Option B: Through the menu

☰ Menu→ Settings → System 

Shows:

  • Device ID

  • Serial Number

  • Software version

  • IP address

  • Remote battery status (“OK” or “Needs charge”)




How to Know When Your Remote Needs a Charge

You can check your remote’s battery level in the System Info menu.

How to check:

☰ Menu → Settings → System 

Under Remote Battery, you will see:

  • OK — remote has enough charge

  • Needs charge — remote battery is low; charge it with the Klydo USB-C cable

How to charge the remote:

We recommend using the USB-C cable included with your clock (or any USB-C charger) and charge for at least 1 hour.
