Wi-Fi TroubleshootingUpdated a month ago

Try these steps in order:

1. Restart Your Clock

Unplug it for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

 2. Restart Your Router

Wait 30–60 seconds, then power it back on.

3. Try Change wifi network

Go to:
 ☰ → Settings → Wi-Fi → Change wifi network
Choose your network again and re-enter your password.

4. Check Wi-Fi Band

Klydoclock supports 2.4GHz only.
If your router uses one name for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, the clock may fail to connect.

Solution:
Separate the bands in your router admin page:

  • Rename 2.4GHz → “Home_2.4”

  • Rename 5GHz → “Home_5”

Then connect the clock to Home_2.4.

5. Use Reset

If all else fails:

☰ → Settings → Wi-Fi → Reset

Then reconnect using Connect to wifi.

6. Try a Phone Hotspot

Turn on a mobile hotspot (2.4GHz if possible), then:

☰ → Settings → Wi-Fi → Change wifi network → select hotspot

If it works on hotspot but not your home network → the router settings need adjustment.
