Why Your Collection Won’t DownloadUpdated a month ago
If a Collection isn’t downloading or installing on your Klydoclock, it’s usually due to one of a few common reasons. Follow the steps below to identify and fix the issue.
1. Check Wi-Fi Connection
Your clock must be connected to the internet to download Collections.
Go to:
☰ Menu → Settings → Wi-Fi
You should see:
“Connected to: [Network Name]” → you’re online
“No internet connection” → the clock is offline
If offline:
Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi
Restart your router if needed
2. Check Content Filters (13+ and PSF)
Some Collections include age-restricted (13+) or photosensitive (PSF) Klydos.
If the relevant filter is ON, the Collection will not download.
Go to:
☰ Menu → Settings → Content
Check:
13+ Filter
PSF (Photosensitive) Filter
If either filter is ON:
Turn the filter OFF
Go back to Collections
Enter the Collection Code again
Wait for the Collection to finish installing
Turn the filter back ON if you want
Important
Filters only affect installation
Turning filters back ON does not remove Collections that are already installed
3. Make Sure Your Software Is Up to Date
Collections are available only on clocks running a compatible software version.
Go to:
☰ Menu → Settings → System → Check for Update
If an update is available:
Install it
The clock will restart automatically
After updating, try installing the Collection again.
4. Wait a Few Minutes After Reconnecting
If you’ve just:
Reconnected to Wi-Fi
Updated your software
Turned filters OFF
It may take a few minutes for the Collection to start downloading.
Stay on the Collections screen and give it a moment.
5. Restart the Clock
If the Collection still isn’t downloading:
Unplug the clock
Wait 10 seconds
Plug it back in
Once the clock restarts, try installing the Collection again.
