Common reasons:
1. Filters are ON
If your Collection contains restricted Klydos, the code will not work until Filters are OFF.
2. Code already redeemed
Each code activates one clock only.
3. Typing errors
Double-check capitalization and characters.
4. Clock not connected to Wi-Fi
Collection codes require an internet connection.
