How to Return Your KlydoclockUpdated a month ago

We want you to love your Klydoclock. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of delivery.




What’s Eligible

You can return your Klydoclock if:

  • The clock is in undamaged condition

  • All components are included (clock, remote, power adapter, USB-C cable)

  • The return request is made within 60 days of delivery

You’re welcome to try the clock,  just return it in good condition and packed safely.

Returns can’t be accepted if the clock is damaged due to drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.




How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] 

Subject line:
Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and shipping address

  • The reason for the return

  • (Optional) Photos, if there’s a defect





After Approval

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll email you a return shipping sticker (label) and simple instructions

  • Please pack the clock safely (original packaging is recommended)

We can’t guarantee refunds for items damaged during return shipping.




Shipping Your Return

  • Return shipping is covered by you unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Ship the return with tracking

  • Keep the tracking number until your refund is processed




Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your clock, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
