Klydoclock works only on 2.4GHz networks because they have a longer range and better device compatibility.

If your router uses a single combined SSID (same name for both bands):

• The clock may accidentally connect to the 5GHz band
  
  

• This can cause connection drops or installation issues
  
  

Solution:
 Log into your router settings and split the bands.

Then connect Klydoclock to the 2.4GHz one.
