Display Settings (Brightness, Night Mode, Show Dials)Updated a month ago

All display settings are located in:

☰ (Menu) → Settings → Display

Inside Display, you’ll find:

  • Brightness — controls the light level of the display

  • Night Mode — automatically darkens the screen to a black display during chosen hours

  • Show Dials — shows or hides hour markers on the screen

  • Dim Room — automatically turns the screen black when the room is dark

How to Adjust Display Settings

Brightness

Adjusts how bright or dim the display appears.
Use ◀ ▶ to change the brightness level.
You can also step the brightness down using the 🌙 (Night Mode) button on the remote.

Night Mode

Night Mode darkens the screen automatically to a black display at certain times and mutes sounds during your chosen hours.

  • When Off, no schedule is active.

  • When On, you can set a Start and End time for when the screen should dim and sounds should mute.

Dim Room

Dim Room uses a light sensor on the back of the clock to detect when the room becomes dark.

When Dim Room is enabled:

  • The screen automatically turns black when the surrounding room light is low

  • The display turns back on when the room becomes brighter

This behavior is similar to Night Mode, but it is light-based rather than time-based.

Show Dials

A simple On/Off toggle that displays or hides subtle hour markers around the edge of the screen.
